These tensions may have once protected you from past pain—this therapy provides a safe space to discover new choices for your present life.

Jana has extensive training in body-mind practices and offers sessions in English, German, French, and Italian. Sessions are 50 minutes long, with fees on a sliding scale of €10–€35, based on your current financial situation.

About Jana Unmüßig

Jana’s journey to the Rosen Method began through her background in dance, somatic movement, and body-mind practices. After exploring Perceptual Breath and relocating to Helsinki, she discovered Rosen Method through a recommendation from her Shiatsu practitioner. The integration of gentle touch and embodied dialogue inspired her to train professionally.

Over five years, Jana trained at Rosen schools in Finland, Germany, France, and Denmark, and she is now completing her internship phase, requiring 350 sessions for certification. She also serves on the board of the Finnish Rosen Method Professional Association (RMPA).
