Are you looking for benefits for members?
As usual, The Finish Musicians’ Union’s Members’ page contains the discount codes, the Muusikko magazine and other closed content.
Login and front page
You can log in to Intro with your bank ID. You don’t need your Finnish Musicians’ Union’s membership number or email address to log in. As usual, you can find the benefits of the Union, Muusikko magazine and other closed content on the Member page.
From Intro’s front page, you can access your personal information. The front page also displays membership fees, news, and messages sent to you from the membership register. On the left side, you’ll find a menu where you can view, for example, your membership details and fees.
Membership information
You can find your membership information on the “Membership Information” page in the menu.
On this page, you will find, for example, your contact details, when your membership has started, and your unemployment fund membership details if you are a member. You can edit your information by clicking the “Edit” button located at the top of the page.
You can select your gender from three options: female, male, or other. You can also choose English instead of Finnish as your preferred language – messages sent from the system will be in the language you select.
Membership fees
In the menu, under the “Membership Fees” page, you can view your membership fees and payment details.
From the beginning of 2025, the Finnish Musicians’ Union will send its membership invoices once a year and invoices are due monthly. This year’s invoice was sent in week 4. Payments will be made according to the information on the invoice.
You can pay your membership fee in Intro by accessing your online bank via the bottom right corner. Please note that if you have chosen e-invoice as your payment method, the membership fee must be paid through your online bank. The payment information will then be updated in Intron within a couple of business days.
Branch and Shop Steward
In the “Branch” page of the menu, you will find the contact information for the chairperson and/or secretary of your branch.
Under the “Shop Steward” page, you can find the shop steward for your workplace, if you are an employee and your workplace follows the Union’s collective agreement.
The national shop steward for freelancers in the union is Juho Viljanen.
Messages and news
In the “Messages” page, you will find all messages sent to you through the membership register
In News you’ll find content relevant to union members. Please note that the most current news and updates can be found on the “News” page of the union’s website.
